All orders are made to order and are custom especially for you, once you place your order our professionals will create your brand new canvas Oil Painting or Print, if you wish to cancel/change your order you may do so with no charge within 2 days of your order, if you chose to cancel after 2 days and before your order has been shipped, 75% of your total amount will be returned to the payment method you used to pay for your order, and 25% will be processed  for  restocking / processing fees.Our goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason, your wall art arrives damaged, we will be happy to create and ship a new wall art at no cost to you (all you need to do is email us a few pictures of the wall art so we can clearly see the damage). If you will choose to receive a refund instead of receiving a new wall art, please note that we can offer you 70% partial refund (30% processing fee plus handling will be charged ). If for any reason, your wall art is lost, we will be happy to create and ship a new wall art at no cost to you, If you will choose to receive a refund instead of receiving a new wall art, please note that we can offer you 70% partial refund ( 30% processing fee plus handling  ) .Money back guarantee : In order to receive 70% partial refund (customer pay 30% processing fee plus handling), you'll need to ship back the artwork to our studios (shipping labels are not part of our policy) Once you will ship the artwork back and email us the tracking number, we will refund the same payment method you had used to place your order for 70%.Our refund policy applies within 60 days from the day an order has been placed
